Menu for week of July 24-28

Here are some suggestions for next week’s meals.  Please let me know by end-of-business Friday what you’d like to order.


1) Stuffed poblanos with pulled pork, corn, beans, and pepper jack cheese + creamy chicken tortilla soup (GF)
2) Cuban black beans with lean ham over brown rice + cauliflower/gouda soup (GF)
3) “not your kids’ fish nuggets” Wild-caught cod, lightly breaded w/toasted quinoa flour (GF) and baked. Served with spicy tartar and cocktail sauces and a corn & black bean salad
4) Moroccan harissa stew with white beans and veggie. Served with turmeric-infused yogurt sauce. (V) (GF)
5) Salmon croquettes (made from in-house smoked salmon, not canned!) in lettuce wraps with spicy tartar sauce and side of charred green bean salad
6) WW Penne in a mushroom/vodka sauce with a Fredericksburg peach vinaigrette salad (V)
7) Shrimp and summer veg in sweet potato/coconut curry over brown rice or cauliflower “rice” (GF)
8) Asian chicken lettuce wraps w/ rice/veggie side (GF) 
9) Classic meatloaf w/ Sriracha glaze and lemon-rosemary roasted fingerlings
