Meals for week of July 4th!

Good morning!  I hope you all have wonderful plans for a LONG July 4th weekend.  Due to the holiday, we won’t be delivering next Monday and Tuesday, but will be back to our regular schedule by Wednesday morning.  Please respond by end-of-business Friday if you’d like to order any meals.  Here are some ideas–

1) Asian chicken lettuce wraps with rice/veggie side (GF)
2) Baked ham with roasted fingerling potatoes and cream of asparagus soup and homemade biscuit (can be GF)
3) Shrimp and baby bok choy in sweet potato/coconut curry over ramen-style noodles or brown rice or cauliflower “rice”(can be V)
4) Vegetarian eggplant marinara w/ WW pasta or zucchini “noodles” + salad (V)
5) Lamb-feta-mint sliders w/ rosemary-roasted sweet potatoes (can be GF if we go with lettuce wraps instead of slider buns)
6) Moroccan harissa stew with white beans and veggie. Served with turmeric-infused yogurt sauce. (V) (GF)
7) Salmon croquettes (made from in-house smoked salmon, not canned!) in lettuce wraps with spicy tartar sauce and side of charred green bean salad
8) ?Spicy bison vindaloo over brown rice with cauliflower/gouda soup (GF)
9) WW Penne in a mushroom/vodka sauce with a Fredericksburg peach vinaigrette salad (V)
10) Chicken Gyros with cucumber salad (can be GF if we go with lettuce wraps instead of pita)

5)  Quinoa risotto with pesto chicken + summer veg salad(GF)

6)  Healthy stuffed peppers with lean ground sirloin and quinoa (GF) (can be V)

7)  Shrimp and baby bok choy in sweet potato/coconut curry over brown rice or cauliflower “rice” (GF)

8)  Spicy bison vindaloo with brown or jasmine rice + cauliflower/gouda soup

9)  Lamb kofta w/ Tzatziki sauce on pita or lettuce wraps, w/ lentil soup (can be GF)

10)  Classic Cantonese sirloin and veg stir-fry over brown rice or cauliflower “rice” (GF)
